I applied through Linkedin during the height of Covid and was contacted by their regional HR recruiter. We set up an initial call with HR, she then scheduled a video call with the Director of Purchasing. Shortly thereafter, about a week, he called me with an offer right before Thanksgiving.
It's a very straight forward interview process. Always mention you are a team player and willing to learn.
