The interview was certainly long and inquisitive. The person who conducted the interview asked a ton of questions that pertained to the role and even did some role play to see how I would perform under pressure.

Virtual interview to start then in person. They are good at selling you on the company being the best and different from all other funding companies. They are not though.

Interview
Multi step process: phone interview, online test, phone interview, in person group interview . You could tell that they were looking for the right mix of skill and culture. The proper fit was very important to them.
