LendingTree Software Engineer interview questions

First, there is an initial Zoom screen with a friendly software manager, where you are asked mostly about things on your resume. After this, there is a 3.5 hour Zoom interview (with 15 minute intermission) with a bunch of members of the team. The first hour is a coding test (medium difficulty), but it is not really "live", as the engineer is just there to give you the prompt, then is off doing other things and checks back in intermittently. After this, you meet with one or two engineers at a time to discuss your coding solution, technical questions, your background, etc, for the next 2.5 hours. Everyone is very personable and easy-going. Overall it was a quite enjoyable interview!

I was contacted through email and set up a half an hour phone interview but I didn't receive any call! I emailed the recruiter and he apologized and said there has been a misstep in the process and he mentioned a name that I need to contact(he didn't provide contact info so I had to ask for that in a separate email). I email the new person explaining the situation and asking for the next step. He never replied! Very strange experience to say the least.
