I applied online. I interviewed at Lendhub (London, England) in Apr 2026
Interview
I had a disappointing experience with the interview process. The first stage was an online call, and the team moved very quickly — they invited me to the office for a final‑round technical interview on the same day. However, after attending in person, I was told they still had other interviews scheduled that week and would make a decision afterwards.
Months have passed and I haven’t heard anything back. My follow‑up emails were completely ignored by the team. For a company that moved so fast at the start, the lack of communication and professionalism afterwards was surprising and frustrating. A simple update or closure would have gone a long way.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lendhub (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was very smooth and welcoming. It started with a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, where they explained the company’s vision and values. The team members were engaging, and the interview felt more like a conversation than a formal interrogation. The questions were thought-provoking, and they made sure to give me enough time to fully explain my thoughts. They were very transparent about the role and expectations, which made me feel more confident about how my skills would align with the team’s needs.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The one question that really stood out was, “Can you describe a time when you successfully navigated a challenging project and how you ensured its successful delivery?” It was a great opportunity to showcase my problem-solving skills and how I approach challenges.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Lendhub (London, England)
Interview
I interviewed for the Junior Credit Analyst position at Lendhub and prepared thoroughly to make a good impression. The hiring manager was supposed to be present but did not attend. I was later told I had to do another interview with him even though he should have been there in the first place. When I finally spoke with him he seemed uninterested and asked questions that had nothing to do with the job. After that I was ghosted for a while before they eventually told me they had hired someone else. The whole process felt disorganised and unprofessional just like many of the other reviews say. The salary for this role is also a joke at £27,500. Do not even bother applying.
