Interview
This is usually a phone or video call with a recruiter to discuss your background, motivation for applying, and fit for the position. They might ask about your experience, career goals, and check if your expectations align with the role’s requirements, including work authorization, salary expectations, and availability
For technical roles, you might be asked to complete a coding challenge, case study, or technical assessment to demonstrate your abilities. This could involve data structures, algorithms, or problem-solving questions, typically done on platforms like HackerRank or CodeSignal.

Interview
There was an initial screening call. The interviewer went straight to LC questions Maxsubarray and Contains Duplicate. The server stopped responding and couldnt see the output. Even though I answered all MLE related questions the interview felt so unprofessional. He started asking random questions on news and people and if I knew them and was pretty much judged on that too. Highly unprofessional !

Interview
The position is open since 4-5 months. Seems they don't intend to hire anyone for this position and wasting candidates time. Don't tell me you couldn't find a candidate in 5 months to fill this role.
