I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lemonada Media in Jan 2025
Interview
The interviewers were very nice and seemed like they would be easy to work with. I only made it to the first round but they mentioned there are typically three rounds and one assignment.

Question 1
How do you value diversity, equity, and inclusion and implement it into your own life?
Multiple online interviews with several different people. The process took over a month. They assigned a project that required several hours of work. This included finding new clients for them to contact including the contact name, title, number and email with a description of why this company would be a fit for podcast advertising. I understand why they needed to understand that you know what you are doing but providing 20 contacts felt like doing free work vs proving you know what you are doing. Overall they are a nice group of people but their processes were drawn out for too long.

Interview
I had a friendly conversation. I didn't get the job, but the recruiter was nice enough to give me feedback. If you have an interview, make sure you share skills and experiences that make you stand out—things that go beyond the role.
