Started with a couple of phone calls, then a physical interview. 1st stage - Tilawah (quran reading) proficiency test and some basic fardu ain questions 2nd stage - Interview with a panel of about 5 people from various teams (hiring team, HR, etc) Several candidates were present. All were done in less than a couple hours in their main HQ building.
