(1) I was contacted to schedule a phone interview. The purpose of the interview was an attempt to determine which position(s) I was qualified for. The phone interview consisted of most of the top 10 interview questions and last 30 + minutes.
(2) I was then contacted for a one on one interview, where I interviewed with one of the Team managers, during the same day, my next interview was an operations manager. She had about 3 pages of "QTC interview" questions (front and back of page). Some of the questions presented included. Describe my characteristics and personality? How do you define stress? How do you handle conflict? Tell me about yourself? What do you know about the company?
(3) After the phone interview, the face to face with the Team Manager and the face to face with the operations manager and "assessment" was schedule. The assessment consisted of aprox. 50 math questions (to include algebra) and anatomy and physiology 50 question assessment (multiple choice). I was also require to complete a microsoft office assessement to include renaminig and saving documents, accessing different "drives" and appending the start menu. I was also required to write a letter responding to a complaint. Last but not least, I was also required to complete and cognitive assessment ( for example: tree is to leaf; as cat is to dog. I hope this information will help the next person prepare for an interview. Good Luck
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Describe your personality and Describe your character.
QTC reached out me to schedule an interview and the day prior to the interview, not even 24 hours leading up to it, they proceeded to send me an email that said “their business needs have changed and they have canceled the opportunity.” Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Beware of anyone who applies to this company in the future.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Leidos QTC Health Services (Malvern, PA) in May 2023
Interview
Very straightforward and friendly. Review resume details and ask about background and previous employment roles. Ask about scenarios in the workplace and how you would handle it. Talk about job description and role. Very engaging

Interview
I received an interview offer from a Senior recruiter in the San Antonio location. The subject line stated "QTC would like to interview you ASAP". She offered 3 appointment times for the following day. I requested one of the times she offered with the plan to take a 30 min lunch (given the short notice). She responded that time was taken and asked me to suggest other times and she would send me a appointment request in return. I said I worked longer hours that day, but I could take a lunch at any time that was convenient for her. She never responded. I sent two more follow up emails to see if I was still a candidate for an interview and she ignored them. It's very unprofessional, rude and her behavior reflects poorly on the company. She has only been at her current location for 8 months, but has years of experience. You'd think she wouldn't be so complacent in her current position to feel she can represent the company in such an unprofessional manner.
