I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Leidos QTC Health Services (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2013
Interview
I applied in November and received a call back in early January about a phone interview in California. The interview was scheduled and lasted about 10 minutes. She asked basic questions, tell me about your past experience, knowledge of the company, medical background, but most of the questions can be answered if you just google "phone interview questions" and prepare based on those sample questions. She told me I would receive a call back from a hiring manager within the next week and a few days later I had my interview. It was with 2 hiring managers and lasted about 15 minutes with them asking everything from general interview questions to which courses I took in college. They explained the stress level and the necessity for a person who can handle themselves under the pressure of deadlines. I didn't think it went well because it was so short and they seemed to be telling me that my job experience didn't relate to the job I was applying for but within a few days, I got a call back to take a computer exam. It consisted of 38 medical questions that was expected to take 25 minutes but took about 7. It was very basic anatomy medical terminology. I didn't hear anything for over a week but they called to offer me the position.

Question 1
Have you ever had a disagreement with a co-worker and how would you handle that?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Leidos QTC Health Services in May 2024
Interview
QTC reached out me to schedule an interview and the day prior to the interview, not even 24 hours leading up to it, they proceeded to send me an email that said “their business needs have changed and they have canceled the opportunity.” Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Beware of anyone who applies to this company in the future.

Interview
Very straightforward and friendly. Review resume details and ask about background and previous employment roles. Ask about scenarios in the workplace and how you would handle it. Talk about job description and role. Very engaging

Question 1
Tell us more about your previous job positions. If you had a previous experience with a coworker who was didficult, how would you handle it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Leidos QTC Health Services in Nov 2020
Interview
I received an interview offer from a Senior recruiter in the San Antonio location. The subject line stated "QTC would like to interview you ASAP". She offered 3 appointment times for the following day. I requested one of the times she offered with the plan to take a 30 min lunch (given the short notice). She responded that time was taken and asked me to suggest other times and she would send me a appointment request in return. I said I worked longer hours that day, but I could take a lunch at any time that was convenient for her. She never responded. I sent two more follow up emails to see if I was still a candidate for an interview and she ignored them. It's very unprofessional, rude and her behavior reflects poorly on the company. She has only been at her current location for 8 months, but has years of experience. You'd think she wouldn't be so complacent in her current position to feel she can represent the company in such an unprofessional manner.
