Process was well structured and consisted of five stages.
1. Initial screening call with the People Enablement Manager (virtual)
2. Interview with the hiring manager (virtual)
3. Take-home task followed by a presentation and discussion with the hiring manager (in office)
4. Interview with the VP of Product (virtual)
5. Interview with the CTO (virtual)
Communication was occasionally slower than I would have liked, however, whenever I followed up, the People team was responsive and always got back to me with an update.
