Telephone Interview, In person interview and then an offer within ten days. They gave an opportunity to accept and qualify for benefits by starting early. They were very decent in their offer and considered my experience.

Question 1
They were interested generally in the ability to mold and transform brand new personnel. They choose to pay on the lower end of scale for some personnel and they wanted to know what I'd do to bring them up to speed.
