I interviewed at Legacy Healthcare Services (Illinois City, IL)
Interview
Quick, straight forward, no frills or thrills. Exceptions seemed to line up with all other facilities. Biggest selling point, flexible hours and lower productivity expectations. However, what wasn't disclosed was the high damn near impossible without working off the clock, demand on the DOR responsibilities and the low demand on the frontline staff.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Legacy Healthcare Services (Virginia Beach, VA) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process has been going well with the only observation I noticed was a very rapid desire for onboarding and get directly to work. I hope that means that are excited to have me but past experiences makes me think they don't have enough clinicians and need more than they have or can recruit or convince to stay. Im proceeding as an optimist but ; report back - I will update the good, bad, great, and ugly of the experience.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
The very first questions were: what do you expect to make and how many hours can we convince to work?
That was a little off-putting (see reason list above).
Are you comfortable with seeing patients that have been approved by a prior clinician for a higher level of services that you would recommend; what would you do?
I was first interviewed by a recruiter and then had zoom interview by head of area. It was Quick and easy. My offer came through in a very timely manner and didn’t feel need to negotiate
