Simple process not difficult one, design and test and personal interview, three rounds total including technical round and one with the management level, it is a simple process with few design tests

I completed 2 rounds of interviews. 1st was with a client and 2nd was with an LRM employee. I was told that I had completed the interview process and that HR would reach out to me for the compensation negotiations and HR asked for all the documents. But then there was no communication and the HR stopped answering my calls. This clearly shows the indecisiveness and unprofessional behavior of the organization. I wrote multiple emails to their HR handle but nobody responded. This highlights the instability within the organization.
