1. Screener: They ask you questions based on your domain. A wide variety of difficulty levels.
2. Managerial: More domain based questions with a focus on your past experience.
3. Vibe check: They see if you mingle well with your future colleagues. It also helps to kind of get a feel about the kind of people you are working with.
