Ledyard Company interview questions

I found the listing on Craigslist and applied online with a cover and resume. First off, I was floored how professional the HR manager was. He contacted me online w/in 24 hours, and was up front about wage and shift (Sun-Thurs). I had a bunch of questions about the nature of the position, alternate streams of income, was it sales or sales support, did it have a territory, bonuses, raises, promotions etc. Not only did he answer me directly, he complimented me on the nature of the questions, then he answered me candidly, no BS, no waiting, no "that's not my area to discuss" " We don't discuss that until you are at the next level," etc. HR Manager (I dont know if I can name names here - Remy Sablan, edit this part out if inappropriate) was polished and his awesomeness shone very brightly. I am interviewing with their competitor, but I found myself really impressed and tempted.
