And on top of all that they suggested hiring someone inside the plant with little to no HR experience to work instead of hiring someone with experience and that has the knowledge of HR policies and laws. Also read a review of the company that said they needed to hiring someone in HR that had experience because their HR had no idea what they were doing regarding FMLA. I should've known then how things were going to go, seeing that I actually had experience.
