submitted email inquiry via craigslist, met with director and owner a few days later. the owner seemed preoccupied and uninterested in what was taking place. after speaking with mostly the director, toured the facility, met a few teachers, and was told i would get a call back in the next 2 days. I was called and offered the position the next day.
