It was a telephonic interview at first, followed by an online interview afterwards, they mostly check your articulation and speaking ability. It's sales work afterall. There are other domains within HR, but mostly sales

GD - In GD round they gave us simple topics like Love marriage VS arrange marriage , smart work vs hard work, Offline vs online marketing etc. Next round was Personal Interview in which they ask some basic questions like Intro, why you want to join this company etc.
