The first interview was a short phone call. The second interview was onsite in one of the empty classroom. The founder/director conducted the interview. They asked behavioral questions. They asked questions based off your resume.

It is quite short and concise. The manager is friendly and helpful. The manager will tell you more about your job scope, your salary and incentives. The interview is transparent and informative. The manager will also take you around the working environment, materials and how they works.
