The interview process involved several steps. I met with John Walsh initially and he was very easy to talk to. My next interview was with Peggy and it was more in-depth and she focused on my background and literacy experience. Peggy was friendly and fair. Additionally, I met with the lead salesperson Amanda to learn about the sales process and how the product is implemented within each school district. Finally, I spoke with Lee and he was concerned with my ability to implement the product and provide teachers with the best possible user experience. Overall, I enjoyed meeting everyone on the team and learned a lot during the interview process.
