The hiring process consisted of 4 rounds. The first was an interview with the operations manager, the second a discussion with a senior faculty member, the third was a role play activity, and the fourth was not an interview, but a background check and reference check.
The process started at the beginning of June and I didn't receive an answer until the end of August. I was advised a decision would be made during a specific week. That week came and went, so I sent a follow up. The follow up went unanswered for 4 days and I finally received a stock email. After I had spent over 3.5 hours with them, my references filling out very detailed forms, and completing a background check, I got a stock denial. I akerd for specific feedback and didn't receive it. It was very disrespectful given the amount of time I put into this process.
