I applied via their jobs page. Their application is a series of tests through the Predictive Index. I was actually pretty excited about this part. I'm returning to work after being out of the game for a few years and I welcomed the opportunity to show my skills/potential instead of having to explain a sizable gap in my resume. I took the tests and received a confirmation. A few weeks later, I received word that the next step was a reference check. It seemed weird to check references without at least a phone screen, but the process had already been pretty unorthodox. I emailed the contact with some questions about the process but never received a response. I also got four of my busy former colleagues to take the time to share feedback. Crickets from Lead Sherpa. The job is posted again, so I guess I didn't get it. Lame process.

Question 1
How do you think people expect you to act in a professional setting?
Thank you so much for your constructive feedback! Rather than asking for references from all shortlisted applicants, we have amended our application process to only ask for references from candidates that we choose to interview. Thank you for your interest in working with Lead Sherpa.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Lead Sherpa (Denver, CO) in May 2018
Interview
Detail oriented but fun, Jason was very thorough yet fair with the decision making . It was a very interesting moment. I learned a lot about Jason as well while we were going through the process.
