I interviewed at LeMessurier Consultants (Worcester, MA)
Interview
The interview was multi-stage and involved one technical interview, about an hour, and two personal-fit interviews. I found the interviewers a bit offputting, but I do believe the company to perform high-quality work and to be invested in building up newly graduated employees, from what I gathered about their onboarding and management processes. This is definitely a company that takes itself seriously, is well-respected in the field, and transparent about the company culture-- if offered an interview, I'd say you might as well go and see if that culture is a good fit for you! I am of the opinion that the compensation, training, and benefits/promotion processes LeMessurier offers seem to be at, if not above, industry standard, from speaking about my experiences with the company to other working engineers within and outside the company.

Question 1
Your basic structural engineer technical questions--I will not elaborate on the specific problems I was given out of respect for their hiring process, but if your studies are going well, and you felt comfortable with the level of technical questions one finds on the FE exam, I'd say it's a study-up but not a stress-inducing level interview.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LeMessurier Consultants (Boston, MA) in Dec 2019
Interview
Pretty relaxed, 45 minute interview. Very little technical questions. Most were personality questions, and We spent a lot of time on questions that I had for them. Only one interview was involved in the process. Mostly Interested in people with plans for grad school.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at LeMessurier Consultants (Boston, MA)
Interview
Sent a resume to a current senior associate mentioning that we went tot the same college. A couple of weeks after that, I received an invitation for an interview. The interview itself was very pleasant, and I also got to talk to a few of the young employees. After a couple of weeks I receive a written offer in the mail.
