The manager is nice, She asked me a couple of questions, and then the manager from Toronto will call me for a phone interview. The questions involved with favorite dishes, what is my strength, knowledge of le Creuset, availability, what I will do if I have free time in store

Relaxed yet formal interview, you're expected to show how your experience relates to the role and then answer questions about the brand. The more you know about the company and products the better - make sure to take a look online before the interview!
The interview was very casual, the manager was lovely and maintained an amicable atmosphere the whole way through, however, some of the questions were a bit tricky and required good critical thinking skills
