HR called me asking if I wanted to interview 2 days before their interview date, and they were unaccomodating for other dates or times. The HR person wanted supplemental documents at 7pm the night before the interview, which was unprofessional because of improper timing. The HR person told me the wrong location for the interview, and I found out on my own that it was actually in a different building. I go in for the interview and its a 5 person panel interview with people of various departments. In the job posting they wanted an IT server person with experience in spatial analysis. In the interview, I find out they also wanted someone with surveying experience, which was not mentioned in the job posting. They wanted 3 jobs for 1 person for an income of $25 per hour. Afterward, they had me take a test with 20 difficult questions. I was not told that I had 10 minutes to complete this test and I was barely halfway before they took it away from me. Sheer incompetence in not knowing what they wanted from a candidate and not being able to properly give information to chosen candidates.
