The interview process was professional but extremely long. I was first contacted in July, interviewed in early September, and did not receive a final decision until late October. Throughout that time, communication was minimal unless I followed up directly. The interview focused on networking, systems administration, and questions related to my resume. While the process itself was fair, the nearly five-month timeline felt excessive. I was also informed of the denial over a phone call rather than email. I understand the intention may have been respectful, but in my experience phone calls are usually made to offer a job, so being declined that way felt unnecessary.
