The interview was disorganized and I had to tell him who I was. As he explained how he operated and what he wanted out of his employees, there were so many red flags. The previous employee was let go because of customer service issues. (Completely Understandable) There was a clear understanding that you are easily replaceable and he has high unrealistic expectations. The compensation and hours advertised were grossly inaccurate after speaking with him. On top of that, I applied for a job at one of their other dealerships in Kansas City and he had me meet him at Kia in Lawrence and asked if I would work at the Kia location. The interview was bad enough I went home and withdrew my application.
