Lavu interview questions

This was an in person interview, with multiple interviewers. They came from multiple departments and levels within the company. The recruiter checked in with me regularly, and coordinated the process.

The process took 3 weeks with 4 rounds of interviews. Pathetic recruiter behavior. After clearing all three rounds she said you cleared all rounds. Seems like don't have any proper hiring process. They don't have any clarity on what will be next. They still saying hold for some time. do you wait after your notice period is served without releasing the offer? @Lavu please understand you are not only the one who has an opportunity. if not you so many are there outside. But don't play with candidates. Avoid such kind of hiring process. RIP Lavu Hyderabad!!!!
