I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lavish Life International (Raleigh, NC) in Dec 2012
Interview
The hiring process entailed the standard online application. Someone from HR called me within a week and asked me to send a cover letter which had a specified set of questions. Two days later, I had to get on the phone with the Vice President, and he asked me about which area I was most comfortable (aircraft, watercraft, or vehicles). I told him vehicles, he asked me a few questions and pretended to be a client. He explained to me that the company does not go after big sales, but rather attempts to advise on what is best for the client so I had to go through some role playing. The call lasted about 45 minutes. Two days later, some one from HR called me to set up a group call with the President, Vice President and a lead Luxury Consultant. They asked me questions about why I wanted to enter into luxury consulting.
