I first had 2 phone interviews and an on-line personality test. I was then invited to an on-site interview. This consisted of a tour of four possible improvement opportunities. I was required to choose 1 improvement and was assigned a second. I then investigated the two opportunities and interviewed production staff. I finally made a presentation to plant staff on my improvement recommendation with time table. I see this position continuously advertised over the past three years and this company is not large enough to need more than one or two process engineers. It is my personal opinion that they advertise these positions and then get free consulting advise from job applicants. Beware!
