Applied online. Was asked for an in person interview within a few days of applying. Met with three different people at Lauren on three separate occasions. Interview questions were of average. Be prepared to talk about your professional background as well as educational classes that may have prepared you for the position.

Easy! Contacted by Head Hunter, a few behavioral questions and background. Phone interview with Hiring Manager and later flown in for face-to-face. No difficult questions, just competency questions. Experience was ok. I was intrigued on the company's focus on Lean Manufacturing
