A brief maths test, then about 25 question (often repeating myself and them doing the same); going over job history, sales situation and management techniques. The interview was with manager and assistant manager, I could tell what answers they like - 'KPI's, interior design experience, sales experience and teamwork'.

Maths test which isn't even marked! Brief discussion with an uninterested manager who didn't even work for the store they were employing for which was strange. Not very organised at all couldn't find my cv or application I have previously filled out!
