Made it past 2 interview rounds and was then asked to complete an assignment. Of course said assignment forced you to choose from the company's existing clients; I completed it and after turning it in I was completely ghosted by the hiring manager and recruiter. After the first email I sent, I was told they needed an additional week to look through everyone's assignment, okay no big deal. I preceded to follow up again and received 0 word back. Thanks for forcing applicants to do your jobs for you and most likely steal their work!
