Initially dealt with a recruitment company who gave me a breakdown of the type of work I'd be doing. Once my CV had passed their criteria, I had a telephone conversation with the Customer Success Manager, who added more depth to the role, and enquired as to my previous experience working within the SaaS market, of which I've had plenty, more from a sales stance. I then had a second telephone interview with one of the founders who was more interested in my passions and interests, and we explored those in terms of bringing them to the role. My third and final interview was in two parts, the first being a face-to-face conversation with the Managing Director and Founder Will Hamilton. It wasn't overly structured, but he was keen to understand the working ethos I would typically bring to the company. The second part was to run through the system with one of the support team, and to see if I could workout how to go through the process as an applicant, and provide feedback.
