The interview was divided into three phases. I felt like the pacing was good, but the actual responsibilities of the position were not communicated in a clear cut way. The demeanor and spirit of the hiring manager was good and he asked good questions, but it felt more of like a conversation in all three interviews than it did an informative use of time. Ultimately, the supervisor threw out a bunch of numbers to execute as a "wow factor," but was very limited in HOW or WHAT they were doing to bring in sales.
