Smooth interview process and very welcoming staff.
1st interview to discuss logistics, job role and check eligibility.
2nd interview more in depth i.e scenario questions based upon the companies values.

Scenario questions based upon the values of the company, for example:
You get into a clinic and there is a fault with the blood pressure monitor, it is reading the same value for every patient, what do you do?

The process was with different company. Then the Latus group took over and things changed drastically. What I interviewed for and where I am now is not the same at all
