Lattice interview questions

Overall, the interview process was good. The people I met were intelligent, thorough and kind. It was intensive as the whole process took a few months to get through, culminating in meeting 6 members of the team for 45 minutes each over 2 days. The one thing I would flag is that the talent manager repeatedly ghosted me (first with getting back to me on a final decision, promising me timelines he didn't adhere to) and then with providing feedback on the final decision. I actually still haven't heard back despite following up,

Was asked standard screening questions and then ghosted after being promised on updates for next steps. Looking at the other reviews, it doesn't seem like a surprise in hindsight, your recruiting process lacks basic courtesy for applicants. Shame on you.
