The first interview with two people leading the department was a general discussion of my experience and motivations to work for the company. I was then invited to a second interview with further two staff members with one day's notice only. This was quite relaxed interview gong through my experience and provided me a good opportunity to ask questions. All the interviewers were very friendly and I got a good impression of the company. I was told I will be informed of the results within a week but when I did not hear of them I contacted them after two weeks but received no response. I then contacted another person within the company after another week but yet again received no response. This for me reflects very badly on the company considering I made time for two interview rounds. Sending a polite rejection email takes 2 minutes so I find it very disappointing that they never bothered to do that.
