They called my phone without any warning in the middle of a weekday, they didn't even look at my resume or my background, and incorrectly assumed I was unqualified as a result. Then, they proceeded to ghost me. A critical lack of professionalism.

Very unorganized. Multiple steps. Met with same people more than once. Silence for weeks. Did not respond when they said they would. Also required to take an excel business case.
