I had one interview and moved on to training. I think they were short nurses because they moved me along pretty quick. I was able to train on everything within a couple of weeks and moved into a full time position. Questions during the interview were short and sweet. After beginning, I quickly got the hang of things and have enjoyed my time at Laser Away since.

2 Step Interview. Telephone interview with a recruiter then a zoom interview if they decide to move forward. Interview consists of personality and work experience questions, very straightforward. Entire process took about two weeks.

I think the interview is pretty standard for a spa. “Why aesthetics?”, “how do you do with differing personalities!”, etc.
Phone screen was very honest about being for profit and seeing as many patients as possible per day. Recruiter called on time which is a positive compared to other recruiters lately. But when I heard they only pay half your normal wage during training I ended the interview.
