HR was nice and engaging. The Interview was pretty relaxed. I don’t think the same people work there now though. As a manager they also asked me how I would navigate a problem staff.

What was my experience working with people with disabilities?
Multiple interviews with prospective team members. Began with a phone interview with HR. They found me on LinkedIn and reached out. I then interviewed with multiple people through two interviews.
I had a phone interview with HR. The questions were typical of any interview. I asked about the negative employee feedback and if any of the issues had been addressed. I don't recommend asking this as the interview became very defensive, and didn't really address the question. Based on this interaction I probably wouldn't have accepted an offer even if one was made.
