Lanyon interview questions

They will give you a brief phone call interview. Ask generic questions. Then they will require you to take an online competency test, do not cheat because after you submit it, you will have another interview, then you will take it again in person as they watch you. If your answers the second time are worse you won't get a call back because they will assume you had help the first time.

Fairly quick. HR interview, HR Test, Interview with team. Their questions were too basic imo but then again I was going for what I thought was entry level (come to find out it for intermediate).
