Only one technical round and that was about our previous project. Overall it was easy to crack. They asked me about Camera bring up process and latency etc
And after 1week hr called me for offer

Interview
4 rounds of interview over a 1-month period.
1st: hiring manager to introduce the position and responsibility
2nd: peers (senior PM & principal PM) to follow up the real-world project experiences, especially how to resolve the quality issues
3rd: SVP to focus on candidate’s culture fit and leadership style
4th: HR to confirm the stability and adaptability within an SMEs environment

Go through the CV in details, especially focusing on how to handle a contract manufacturer’s negative attitude when resolving production issues. (remember every story and bullet point, show your personal traits and critical thinking, there’s no standard answer)

Quick and good communication. Professional topics are not very hard. Introduce yourself experiences. Online meeting by micro teams. One is the director, the other guy is manager. Two rounds. Not very hard.
