Lansweeper scheduled an interview with me at 3AM my time due to their European-based recruiting team. I showed up as agreed, but no one joined the call and there was no communication or explanation.
Four days later, they reached out to reschedule. When I followed up because their calendar had no available time slots, I received no response and was effectively ghosted again.
A week later, I received this message:
“We've filled the position and, therefore, will not continue with your application for this role.
Great news for us, of course, but maybe not so much for you.”
I was stood up for an interview, ignored during rescheduling, and then sent a dismissive final message. I felt insulted as a candidate.
I would not recommend working for such an inconsiderate company.

El proceso de reclutamiento fue claro, estructurado y profesional desde el primer contacto. La comunicación por parte del equipo de selección fue fluida y respetuosa, con información transparente sobre las distintas etapas del proceso y los tiempos estimados.
Las entrevistas estuvieron bien organizadas y enfocadas tanto en aspectos técnicos como en el encaje profesional, lo que permitió mostrar la experiencia y conocer mejor el rol, el equipo y el contexto del proyecto. En todo momento se percibió un trato cercano y profesional, generando un ambiente cómodo para el intercambio.
En general, ha sido una experiencia positiva, bien gestionada y alineada con buenas prácticas de reclutamiento, que transmite una imagen seria y profesional de la compañía.
