They have a streamlined interview process. This is an MSP so neither the employer nor the employee will know if it will be a good fit without boots-on-the-ground.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Langtech
Interview
easy interview, they are desperate, will hire anyone, the quiz was hard but geared towards a CTO or very senior engineer, only a couple of questions were even close to being applicable to actual tasks in it consultant or even senior it consultant, dress to impress!!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Langtech (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I was contacted by their recruiter. Had a 20 min phone interview. Asked about me and my experience in technical support/help desk support. Asked about what ticketing process I've used. I was then sent two tests via email. These test were each 30 min long. 1st test was a psychological test. A statement was given and the answer was one of five ratings from strongly agree to strongly disagree. The second test was on math and learning. I was offered a face 2 face interview at their offices in San Francisco. first thing they gave me was another test. This was much more technical with lots of questions about AD. It took about 30 min. Then an interview with the dept manager and a senior developer. Through out the interview they kept mentioning that their clients were difficult and this was a high stress environment.
