Online assessment which I had to complete and I think I did well in, yet heard NOTHING back from them. Not even a rejection. So very disappointing with them. I think it’s very disrespectful since end of the day I’m a human and I deserve to know at least especially after doing a 1.5 hours test for them.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Langland in Jun 2024
Interview
Simple short initial interview, then assessment centre at white city. It was a very relaxed environment and made you feel very comfortable. Assessment centre had a group task and presentation, then a short interview then a pre prepared presentation.

How would you go about building relationships with clients?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Langland (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
Quite fast and straightforward process over a few weeks.
Applied online then contacted for a teams call a week later, after which I was invited for an assessment centre in London. This was a lovely experience, met the teams, got to ask a range of employees questions all day and toured the offices. We were assessed via group and individual tasks and had to prepare a presentation beforehand.
Overall immersive and friendly experience though the day was a little long/dragged out.
Was called for a final interview online and then an offer the next day.
