Standard recruiter call that lasted 90 minutes followed by hour virtual then moved on to in-person 4 person panel interview. Everyone was late to the interview and one person actually dropped off after seeing me. Was told that I would hear back the next day then received an email that the manager was "traveling"| all next week. Waited and wasted 9 days for feedback which I knew was a decline after 9 days. Complete waste of time, bias and unprofessional.
