The interview process was streamlined and efficient. The first interview was a call by the hiring manager which was more conversational by nature. The second interview was with the Team Lead who asked challenging questions but gave great feedback. The third interview was with the VP of Sales and they also asked challenging questions but really sold the vision that Lang is going after. The last round was a mock cold-call with a company who may be interested in buying Lang’s services. The end goal was to explain the services that Lang offers and to book a demo in the end. The entire process was quick and they let me know by the end of the day if I was moving on or not.
