Landmark Home Warranty interview questions

I was contacted by the Hiring Manager for a phone interview, then I scheduled an in-person interview. I sat next to someone to watch them pilot the system and see the workflow.

I met with the HR representative and we sat in a board room while she asked questions about my goals, aspirations and my previous work experience. We toured the call floor, where I would spend most of my time, and the company premises in general. I had an opportunity to sit with an agent and listen to their phone calls and ask a few questions about the jobs requirements. I also had an opportunity to ask all of my questions to the HR representative after our tour of the company.
