I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Landmark Dividend (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview went very smoothly. There were 3 parts to the interview. We first had a phone interview with someone who was in the position previously. She explained the position extremely well. She was able to answer all questions that I had about the company. The next step was a 1 on 1 interview with the Regional Vice President in person. The meeting was very comfortable, and from the very start you feel as if the company is a large family. The interview was short, and the regional VP was able to extend a hand in company review, as well as how to utilize previous work experience to the companies structure. The final step to the interview was to have a phone interview with a member of the companies HR team. The entire staff was extremely flexible and able to assist with explaining what the position would consist of. My biggest suggestion would be to look up the company prior to any interview and have a basic summary of what you think the company does.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Landmark Dividend
Interview
First interview - "executive recruiter" going over the role, overall compensation opportunity, etc
Second interview - "hiring manager"
Seemed really interesting at first but quickly became all but what it was portrayed to be.
